How it works

See where you rank, understand why, and know what to fix next.

Your workspace manages your team, subscription and Google connection. Each location has its own performance, reviews, Maps rankings and competitor comparison. Website SEO organizes sites at workspace level, with shortcuts for linked location pages. Maps points and website pages are shared within the workspace as separate allowances.

  1. 01

    Find & diagnose

Use Local Grid to find weak areas, then review GBP and local website evidence.

  2. 02

    Prioritize & improve

Review evidence-backed actions and make the appropriate GBP or website changes yourself.

  3. 03

    Recheck & report

Rescan with the same settings, compare observed changes and share your findings.

Connect Google & import locations

Give your workspace access to the business profiles you manage.

  1. As a workspace owner, open Settings → Google connection and connect the Google account that manages your business profiles.
  2. Complete Google authorization, then choose the available locations to import within your plan limit.
  3. Wait for synchronization and check the status on the location overview. If a location is missing, check the Google account and its access permissions.

Locations & performance

Start with the location overview, then open a location to understand its results.

  1. Use the location overview to find a business and check its latest sync status.
  2. Open a location to view impressions and customer actions, including website clicks, calls and directions.
  3. Check the data-through date and selected period before comparing results. The latest sync time and the latest available data date can differ.

Search terms

See the searches associated with discovery of a particular location.

  1. Select a location and open Search terms.
  2. Choose an available completed month to review the terms and their reported counts.
  3. Read this alongside performance. Monthly search terms follow a different reporting cadence from daily metrics, and some counts may be limited by Google.

04

Reviews & replies

Read customer feedback and keep track of reply status.

  1. Open Reviews for the selected location and filter the available feedback.
  2. Read ratings, comments and existing replies together to understand the customer experience.
  3. When reply editing is available, review your text before submitting it. A submitted reply updates the public business reply on Google.

Google Maps rankings

See where your location appears for a keyword across nearby search positions.

  1. Open a location → Google Maps rankings. Scans are off by default; enter a keyword, check the center coordinates and point spacing, then enable this location and save its settings.
  2. Choose a single point, 3×3, 5×5 or 7×7 grid. These use 1, 9, 25 or 49 Maps points per scan. Start small if you are checking a new keyword or area.
  3. Choose the search language; English is the default and is separate from the interface language. Advanced settings let you choose desktop or mobile, operating system and Maps zoom.
  4. Click Start scan. Follow the completed-point count, or leave and return later. Select a grid point to view the businesses returned at that position.
  5. Confirm your business from completed results, or match it from your connected Google profile when available. Read Top 3 and Top 10 coverage across completed points; compare scans with the same keyword, area, language and device.

Local competitor comparison

Compare your visibility with nearby businesses from the same Maps scan.

  1. Complete a Maps scan for the location, then confirm your business on the Google Maps rankings page.
  2. Open Local competitors. Search the businesses returned in the latest completed scan, choose 1–5 and save your selection.
  3. Compare Top 3 and Top 10 coverage, ratings and review counts. Ahead of you is the share of completed points where the competitor ranks higher, including points where it appears and your business does not.
  4. If a previous selection is absent from a new scan, choose from the current results. Use the same scan conditions to interpret differences; a missing or failed point is not proof that a business has no visibility.

Website SEO & specified pages

Find actionable issues on your website or one location page, then check your fixes.

  1. Open Website SEO from the workspace navigation to scan a website. From a location, the Website SEO shortcut defaults to its specified page. Enter a public HTTP or HTTPS URL.
  2. Choose Website crawl or One specified page. A crawl starts at the homepage and defaults to up to 10 pages, within your remaining allowance; you can choose up to 100. For one page, enter its complete URL, including the path and any query parameters.
  3. Check your website-page allowance before starting. A specified page uses 1 page; a crawl reserves the selected maximum and releases unused pages after it succeeds. Maps points are separate.
  4. Follow the queued, scanning and preparing-report stages. You can leave and return later; the previous completed report stays available. Website and specified-page scans have separate histories.
  5. Review issues by severity, open the evidence and follow the fix suggestions. Scan the same pages again after making changes. Checks cover retrieved page content; content loaded by JavaScript and pages outside the crawl are not included. A single-page result does not describe the whole website.

Create and export reports

Choose Google Business Profile, Maps rankings, local competitors or website SEO.

  1. Open Reports and choose a report type. For Google Business Profile, choose a location and period; for SEO reports, choose a saved completed scan.
  2. Maps reports require a confirmed business. Competitor reports also require 1–5 competitors from that scan. Website reports preserve the selected website or single-page scope; within a location they include only its linked pages.
  3. Create the report and keep the page open while the preview loads. This does not run a new scan or use scan allowance. A scan still running can finish while you use an earlier completed result.
  4. Review the preview, then download a PDF or print and save it as a PDF. A waiting message appears during PDF preparation. Reports expire after 20 days, so export a copy you need to keep.

Team, branding & billing

Keep workspace preferences separate from the location you are analyzing.

  1. Use settings for team access, workspace time zone and available report branding options.
  2. Your subscription sets active-location capacity and two separate monthly scan allowances: Maps points and website pages. Check remaining allowances on the scan pages and compare plan totals on the pricing page.
  3. Account and billing actions may require the workspace owner. Check your access if an action is unavailable.

Choose metrics for your business

Choose a metrics template to see customer actions relevant to your business.

  1. Find Action metrics in location settings and review your current template and recommendation.
  2. Choose general, restaurant, appointment-based or hotel metrics, then click Save metrics. This affects only the selected location’s detail page; the overview keeps its standard metrics.
  3. Restaurant metrics include menu interactions, food orders and Google bookings. Appointment metrics count only Reserve with Google bookings. Hotel mode currently shows common actions.
  4. Later syncs will keep your manually saved choice. No data means unavailable or awaiting sync, not zero.

Data retention & report availability

Understand Google data caching, report expiry and exported files.

  1. Google data is cached for 28 days from retrieval, not from the date of the metric or review. Expired data is excluded from analysis and removed by scheduled cleanup.
  2. Reports expire 20 days after generation. Google Business Profile reports use retained synced data when opened, so refreshes or expiry can change their contents. SEO reports save the selected scan findings at creation. Export any report you need to keep.
  3. You manage PDFs exported to your device. They are not automatically deleted when the workspace report expires.
  4. Disconnecting Google does not immediately erase cached data or cancel a subscription. Account, billing and security records have separate retention requirements. Contact us for data access or deletion requests.

Disconnect Google, delete your account or leave

Choose the right action and understand its effect on your team and billing.

  1. To stop Google access, a workspace owner can disconnect in Settings → Google connection. You can also revoke access in your Google Account. This does not delete the Business Profile on Google.
  2. To stop renewal, the owner can open the Stripe portal from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; refunds require a separate request.
  3. To leave a workspace that others still use, open Settings → Account security. The last owner must first appoint another existing member as an owner before deleting their account. Personal deletion leaves the shared workspace intact.
  4. To close the workspace, the sole remaining owner must first remove other members, disconnect Google, end subscriptions, resolve outstanding billing and wait for running tasks to finish. Confirm closure in Account security. Closure stops sync and scheduled reports; contact us for early termination or deletion of retained data.
